High pitched beep and warning lights all on

My 2004 Lexus SC430 all of sudden bad all the panel warning lights come on
along with a high pitched continuous beep. What does it mean and how do I
fix it?

you can't fix it, could be a bad computer, you have to have someone do a computer check to get the codes, go to a auto parts store they have a computer reader to tell you what the codes are.
