Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I discovered a pin hole leak in the gas tank. I disconnected the battery so I could safely remove the gas gauge mechanism on the side of the fuel tank.  I did this in order to siphon the gasoline out of the tank so I can replace the tank. When I completed siphoning enough gas out to safely remove the tank I replaced the gas gauge and reconnected the battery.  Now my Lexus will not start.  The battery has a good charge but when the ignition key is turned to start all I get is one click and nothing else. Is there some type of reset located somewhere?  I checked all fuses and they appear to be okay.
