I ran out of gas in my ls400, what makes it not start after I put gas in it?

I replace the fuel pump, fuel filter and the
lines...I spray starter fluid in the intake and
it still wouldn't catch..can some one pls
help with any suggestions?

Are you getting ark at the spark Plugs Gotta start at beginning Cl fuse for fuel pump fuel pimp is Im gas tank can you hear the pump If not replace it
