Thanks for your answer to my posting.  I am looking for a cluster from a newer es300 possible a 1996 or so...would this work or would the calibration be different?  I am not a auto machanic, just trying to find an answer for this problem.  At night is when it is difficult...nevertheless, would replacing the instrument pod with another one work?  And concerning the ac/heating pod, replacing the unit work rather then just dealing with the LCD lights?  Thanks for your assistance!  Take care!
