Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got this message when I hooked up a computer to my car to find out why the engine light
is on. Is this something I can most likely fix myself?

If you can turn a wrench, yes. It's probably a faulty coil or spark plug on Cylinder #3. How many miles on the car? If around 100K, I'd replace all spark plugs and replace the coil on Cylinder #3. Should be marked or you can search online for the location/numbering.
