Suggest talking to an Audi or VW dealer to make sure this is possible.

Use either the factory AMI option (dealter installed) or Dension gateway 500 (aftermarket) for the iPod interface.  the phone is a bit different.  If DO NOT have the OnStar in the car, then you should alrady have the ability to interface with the phone system in the car via BlueTooth.  If you DO, then you will need an after market handsfree kit.
