AFTER NUMEROUS REPAIRS THE SERVICE 4 WHEEL DRIVE KEEPS COMING ON AND GOES INTO 4 LOW SOMETIMES

What was repaired in this vehicle? Did they check the codes in the 4wd module? It sounds like it could either be the 4wd switch in the dash, or the actuator in the transfer case. It's often that these things fail in trucks like yours, GM never built them right.
