Check air filter and clean throttle body with throttle body cleaner. Add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank.

I clean the egr, idle valve, and the carburetor and it's not stalling any more, it is a little rough from idle to 20 mph..

Put in some fuel injector cleaner and take it out on the road and hit the passing gear a few times that will help clean injectors and carbon build up. Be careful no speeding tickets. Did you also check the air filter ?
