My headlamp covers don't open when I turn lights on but if I pull dimmer switch to high then the open

the headlamp cover motion is governed by a fuse, replace all of your fuses just to be on the safe side. it is very inexpensive to do so.

Where do you buy the fuses at for the headlight cover???

Put new fuse in 1989 new yoker head light fuse still won,t work out in new head lights what need to be done new
