Car wont start

I have a 2007 honda civic that I somehow messed up. the stereo and lights
work, and it sounds like the starters working too. It was running fine earlier,
but I decided to run a bunch of cluster tests because my fuel gauge was
not working properly. Then I took my dash apart to fix my antenna adapter.
after that my car stopped working. When I try to start it, i just hear ticking,
and my dash light flicker very fast.
