Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This problem happened overnight, today I went to drive
and it was fine for about a minute, then when I went to hit
the gas my car didn't want to move, I hit the gas again
and it would barely move so I pulled over and put it in
park and the car began to putt. I turned it off and started it
again but it did the same thing and would Barely move
when I hit the gas. My check engine light is one too, can
anyone please help??

Sounds like a plugged catalytic converter. You can get the engine warmed up, try to rev it up or drive around the block, in the dark, look underneath to see if the cat. is glowing orange. If it is, it is plugged.
