Is the coolant in the reservoir getting hot? Was the thermostat changed or has it been removed completely. Did you use 50/50 mixture in the radiator? Are the radiator hoses getting hot? They should. If no, could be a problem with the thermostat or water pump. Or a blockage in the system.
