No, I believe you need the 3.0L heads for your specific application. Suggest calling a junkyard which will have a copy of the Hollander Interchange Manual, which tells you interchangeability of parts between different engines and years.
Those Yamaha engine are cranky when you do stuff like this. you will need a complete computer re-do (program files). my 89 SHO was great but I found out if you want it to run ok, just use the parts for it. interchanging it might make it undrive-able. the 3.2L vrs the 3L ---> the 3.2 have a bigger intake cfm in the combustion chamber. th O2 sensor will need to be changed the computer will need to be reprogramed and I beleive the intake cycle will need to be a touch longer (cams?? not sure)
After I found out all this i decided that I liked the way mine ran as it was... most 5.0L never had a chance!!!
