Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just did a major tune up.I replaced spark plugs wires cap rotor even the distributor coil and the module.I then hung a mass air flow sensor still the same problem. We then hung a crank sensor a pigtail for the sensor. There are no codes ever when the truck dies.I have great fuel pressure and no bleed off at the injectors.I then found a loose ground by the crank repaired it still dies.So if someone has an answer to my problem please help thank you Steve PS this truck does not have a fuel filter it mad to the fuel pump assembly.

220 is quite on the warm side. It's not hot but its border line. Does the truck start right away when it does this or do you have to wait a few minutes? It may be a safety feature that's automatically shutting the engine off due to its temp. Are your fans coming on?

your truck should only be running about 190° and you need to check for vacuum leaks.

Check the wire connector to the coil, had the same problem and the wires rubbed thru at the connector.
