I have a 2000 chevy monte carlo ss and around 60-65 mph when i accelerate the rpm jumps up and down. i replace the fuel fliter, air filter, fuel pump, pressure regulator and i am stumped

Check the catalytic converter ( your exhaust ) , it may be clogged. This happened to my 2001 monte SS. After the fuel pump was giving me issues.. After I changed the fuel pump, the car would not want to rev and I found out the cat was clogged

air in air out..is a good thing.. but also upgrade with a Monte Carlo ECU hp chip. ours was laying down around that speed..
