a/c stays on

Turned my car off and the a/c fan kept running. Stayed with the vehicle over 15 minutes and it still ran (a/c).
ANY CLUES?

could be radiator temp sensor

my rpms stay up and will not go down 1 answer

i get it up to 60mph and the rpm stay at 4 instead of going back down
