what does the o/d light on the dashboard mean?
my car is a toyota corolla CE 2006 model.I noticed the maintenance required light flashing on the dashboard today.The mileage is 9680 miles.I also noticed a light with O/D written flashing as well.Please what does this mean.

The "Maintenance" light means you need to have your vehicle serviced - according to your vehicles service intervals established by Toyota.
The "OD" light is your transmissions overdrive function. This is normally used for highway driving to achieve better fuel economy. You may have bumped the "OD" button on your gear shifter.
