1995 Ford Windstar

My power steering just went out, I thought maybe the fluid was low, but the fluid is being pushed out through the cap. Any idea of what is going on?

this is what steering rack basically looks like..if fluid cannot go into steering rack, you might have a clog or something blocking the fluid from entering the rack.. check for lines to see if they are not damaged, cracked, squished, etc...good luck
