what is normal operating temp for 85 vette

while sitting at a light my vette will climb to 225.is that normal.

Hello, These Corvettes tend to idle warm. As long as your fan comes on once it reaches 238 degrees, you should be okay. Normal operating temperature on a hot day hovers right between 238-240. Best of luck! CarGrrl
