value of my 1971 stingray

just wondering what the value of my 71 vette is the car is fully loaded with every option,not a maching number car.Its a 454 with 400 turbo trans, as of now there is a 75 L48 engine,with performance parts,I have the original 454 wich I eventualy will rebuild,the car is in excellent codition,was repainted about 25 years ago 77 corvette orange Iam planning to repainted it the same color in a copple of years.And I'am slowly restoring any worn items

today guessing around 12000 to 16000 this is only my opinion

You know the big block cars from 68-72 are really going up in value at this time. They still have yet to hit top peak. If you have the original 454 that's awesome. I would go out and find Keith Martins Corvette Price Guide, it will give you a better idea on where you are at.

Well, chrome bumper cars retain their value best when numbers match. This means engine, trans, rear end plus the trim tag. "Survivor" enthusiasts will insist on engine components, too (heads, distributor, intake, carburetor, etc.). Big block is worth more than small, 4 speed over auto, convertible over coupe. My guess (IMHO) as is: $15,000. With orig eng:$19,000 but only if trim tag reflects correct interior/exterior options. If trim tag wrong, then -20%.
