Dear LUDWIG-- The place to find that steering wheel is at a junkyard, believe it or not. That junkyard in your hometown, the one with the ferocious dog out front, is probably part of a nationwide used parts network. If the dog frightens you, try shopping online. I have used www.junkyarddog with success, but there are hundreds of others that come up in a search on Google or Yahoo. Good luck from Boavan.
