Why does my 2011 VW Eurovan Wetfalia engine bog down and then recover. 60 seconds after start it will drop from 1000rpms to 6000 for about 10-20 seconds and then it recovers and runs fine? I had a tune up at the vw dealer 2 weeks ago and it didnt fix it.

my cabriolet is strange. I runs great most of the time. Once in a while while driving the rpms fall below 10k and the car bogs down. It take about 45 seconds to get to 45 mph from a stop. When this happens I drive home and park the car. Upon the next start up everything is working fine. I have a new fuel filter, plugs air filter,wires, no vaccum leaks. I have a 2006 VW Passat. During the summer my car will start up and drive fine like nothing is wrong with it. Then maybe an hr or two later it will just stall on me. I sit for about 30 to 45 minutes and it starts back up no problem. 1998 beetle. Went for oil change. As soon as they completed it my check engine light came on. They checked code, was some emmissions code. Okay so the light goes out 2 days later. A few days later the car wont start, like it is out of gas, it's turning but not catching. I let it sit for 1/2 hr then it starts and the engine light back on. Everything fine for a few days then the same thing happens out of the blue. Just happened again to me. Car was fine, no light on then i go somewhere, park it, get back in and it wont start like its out of gas...let it sit for half hour and then it starts like nothing was wrong and the engine light back on now.
