How far can I drive a volvo with 100,000 miles

driving from san francisco to LA any tips driving this far in an old car? thanks~

make sure it has been mantained, ive drivin 1000 miles before in a 95 neon with 210,000 miles but I also maintained it personally since 55,000. You have to know your car to trust it!
