Always start with the most inexpensive fix first. Go buy a can of throttle body cleaner. Remove throttle body and clean. Remove IAC (Idle Air Control valve) and clean it also. See if that made any improvement. If no improvement, have check engine light codes read at your nearest Autozone. Post codes back here. Helpful above. Definitely sounds air related (air fuel ratio). There are several sensors that can make your car stall out. To name a few, a failing IAC, dirty mass air flow, upstream oxygen sensor. Maybe a few more depending on the design from the manufacturer. Can you provide details on your year and model Marco?
