30,000 mile maintainance, under MFR's warranty?Where can I take this for service in the 95422 area?

the CVT tranny leaked a few drops of CVT oil, and has not been kind to the driver- There's no dipstick! help!
33,000 miles should have already had this done. Carfax tells us it had nine owners including a rental. Looks and smells brand new- 2006 Bottom got smashed, replaced with COBALT protector- Drive at two miles an hour now.

Could this boulder-up-the middle smashing the protector have caused this transmission leak?
