2000 300m no heat from heater or defost...air blows but no heat. Any suggestions as to why?

Could be stopped up heater core or bad blend door actuator. Feel the two hoses going thru the fire wall to the heater core. Is one hot and the other cold or Luke warm? If so heater core is stopped up. Is neither hot or only like warm? If so you have an issue with your engine cooling system. Is both hot? If so your heater core is good and you have a blend door issue in the air duct work under the dash.
