intermittently batery dies over night

intermittent draw in system doesnt happen all the time. whats the most common for this problem any answers someone suggestted posssible abs mod. sticking @ times anything is possible w/all these relays these days. any suggesttions would be appreciated.

what year cadillac? newer ones it could be onstar module staying awake
