2001 expedition 4wd wont engage

I just got the shifter assembly replaced in my 01 expedition and now the 4wd won't engage. Can
anyone help me out with this?

Your installer did not 'proofread' his or her work. Should have run it through the entire spectrum as well as a field test. Take it back to this person, they left a clip off-
