Looking for 2-5,000 price range.  What models in late 90's early 2000's had all-wheel drive?

Audi's with Quattro option, Subaru's, Mercedes E-class with 4matic, C-class with 4matic, 3-Series BMW's, price will depend on mileage and condition of course. If you're looking for a truck or SUV, there are MANY more choices, as most are available to be equipped with 4WD and/or AWD.
