what is the difference between the bmw x5 and the mercedes ml350

I am trying to find out the difference between the bmw x5 and the mercedes ml350 quality wise, performance, pricing.

The Mercedes: Soft luxury and style, good performance, makes the statement: you are old money. The BMW: Exciting performance and style, makes the statement: you are youthful and spirited.

I test drove both before deciding on my ML350. The Mercedes is much classier. Much better looking interior. Pluas it has tons of awesome features and is very safe. I didn't notice a different in the power. They seemed similar. I'm trying to sell mine now and I hate to see it go!
