There written in English...oh well. Failing that, head over to www.cliosport.co.uk and ask people your question there. Some are helpful, some don't know what they are on about, but you can at least search for similar questions. What is the problem?

wel its a ecu problem i think...my car do not respond that wel on pull off

Bad low revs huh? Well, if that's the only problem and the car is idling ok when stationary and not sitting at at 3k revs I'd say you have either a dire need of a service such as spark plugs, HT leads, or coilpack(s) OR it's a sensor issue. Probably coolant temperature sensor or lambda probe. Could be other stuff, I'm not sure. I am used to rebuilding older Mark 1 Clio's.

I'd doubt it's the ECU, if it was it would not start or be really bad revs.
