SD card won't play claims my music is proprietary how can this be ?

SD card is not allowed to play the system says the recordings are proprietary how do I get
around this

on the SD card,the propietary,is owned by the recording artist ,some wont let their music be played,even on the SD card,they concider it stealing their music.in other words it is like Lime Waire,down loading songs on your home computer and burning CD,s,they got suded and put out of business.what they want is for you to BUY their CD,s records,ect to make money.

I understand but these recordings play just fine on my MP3, my computer and in my Ford Escape. why is the MKX programed to decide what is proprietary ?
