A/C unit will kick on-off every 2seconds without cooling the truck, have checked the refrigerant and
appears full, suggestions?

I would say you are low on refrigerant. Have you hooked up gauges to both high and low sides to see if it was full? You cant tell just off the low side

IT HAS HAD A RECENT (1000 MI) ON TRANSMISSION SERVICE... COULD THIS BE ANY ISSUE. IT WAS OVERFILLED ALSO. BUT THIS SEEMED TO LEAK OUT FURTHER TOWARDS REAR OF UNIT.
