if your stalk has one function, and you are replacing it with one with more than one option, I will go with NO...due to the wiring harness/ plug, being different. assuming you are not intending on cutting/rewiring/ connecting such things, for example, yours may only have 1 or 2 wires, (forgot the colors), where as the other is equipped for more options, being 4 wires, feel free to confirm what i am saying though...
