have there been any problems with transmissions in 2002 diesel 3500 Silverados mentioned; the transmission occasionally slips into Reverse?

the transmission has never been
worked on in previous years; in
other words the transmissions
linkage has never been messed
with or any parts replaced just
regular maintenance fluid changes.
