What tipe of windows has Dodge 1500 2003. Is it dark tent?

I have Ram 1500 2003 pick up track.And i get a ticket about my dark windows. But came from factory with original dark windows 70%. What do i need to do?

If your side windows are darker than the windshield, it probably has tint on it. 70% is almost nothing. You can remove the tint on your front windows which should make you legal. I have heard that heat applied to the tint makes it easier to remove.
