I have a 2000 Dodge grand caravan runs fine but as I was driving today I stopped for a few
minutes and now the driver side window wont go up and the radio stopped working.

You probably need a new window regulator. I replaced 2 already on my 99 Grand Caravan. Advanced Auto, Autozone, etc carry them.
