Do you mean the electrical receptacle the the trailer umbilical cord plugs into is not working? If it's all circuits, that would be a bad ground.

i have a 2002 cavalier ..the headlights are very dim on low beam.the high beams work.what might be the problem.How do i check to see if it is a ground problem?
