trailer tow haul light doesnt come on when you hit the button on shifter

Tow/Haul fix: Take the two pieces of your console rite behind your steering wheel apart. (may need a lil flat head screw driver) Take the grommet around shifter out of your way.(just slide it up the shifter) find the two tiny wires and splice them back together it may only have one broken. Both of mine on my 2001 HD were broke.
