Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Forum : “DURAMAX DIESEL!”

Good buy, decent fuel economy, rides very well and is one hell of a cruiser and gets comfortable around 70-72 mph. this truck is set up as a comfortable truck that is very nice on the highway but doesnt pull a trailer on the big hills like a 5.9 cummins.

I have had nothing but fun with my 03' Duramax. It hauls like there is no tomorrow, expecially heavy loads up the mountains of backwoods Virginia. I have pulled stumps, drug 3 1/2 foot wide, 25 foot long trees and recovered a Chevy Avalanche from bumper deep mud, all with no problem or effort at all on the truck. And with the exhaust ending at the turbo downpipe, the extra power matches the wonderful sound of the Duramax! WAY TO GO GM!!!!!!!!!
