My speedometer and odometer do not work at all

it is a 1989 automatic 350 v-8,,, speedo and odo does not work at all,,, it has the electronic sensor on the tail shaft
of tranny,,,,

try the speed sensor on the tail end of the transmission,or the instrunment panel cluster
