i have a 1987 chevy celebrity 2 door and the speed omo and horn won't work why

The car is getting old. The speedometer guage is know for getting stuck, you'll need to remove to fix or replace. The horn is another issue, and can be a wiring problem or the horn switch istelf. Maybe others can help further.
