1995 Camaro Stereo Set-up

So I have a basic set up for the stereo which means the stock radio system, my CD player seems to be the only thing that doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix the CD player without bringing it to a shop?
Any help is good help

they are non serviceable units, the shop will just sell you a new one.
