Where is the starter relay located on an 08 c300 mercedes benz

New battery horn wont blow my headlights
works and radio,but wont crank and stwerin
is locked when I put the key in it say remove
the key can someone help me please?

It could be under the hood in the fuse box or under the dash or open the door and look on the side of the dash driver side and passenger side if its not a fuse check the cam solenoid
