Honda CR-V Club Forum: engine quitting randomly on my '98 crv, starts right up again, new coil, distributor; help?

4 months now, sometimes daily, sometimes weekly, stopped or moving, at any speed, the engine just quits. sometimes a little shuddering noise as it dies. auto trans, 168000 km. New coil, new distributor, no help. Seems to increase in frequency with increase in humidity, but not only time. Yesterday 4 times in 20 minute drive. This can be dangerous on the highway. Shifting at speed into N from D can be tricky..  but once in N or Park, she starts right up again until next time. Any ideas?
