Unable to unlock back hatch

Back hatch will not unlock have tried key, remote and unlock button on drivers door
Checked book and went through unlock procedure, no luck

Bummer......you may have to get the panel off and unlock by hand... what a pain..Good luck

This worked and so easy PS problem was a plastic Polly pocket in track Thanks
