HELP !!! I Purchased A 2013 v70 volvo wagon w/no
keys :( what would be the most reasonable way to
obtain a key. Also, how can I move it ,during street
is sweeping without a key. Any information would
be greatly appreciated.

Have it towed to dealer, with proper paperwok, bill of sale, etc and consider it a lesson learned and hope it does not come up stolen
