Pass vent puts out cold air. Driver side Hot. What is the cause and how to fix.

Sounds like the Vent (Damper) Housing is broke. The unit is controlled by Vacuum pressure to open and close vent doors inside dash. Check hoses and brackets that have a metal arm going to them. Just to see if anything is unhooked. You will need to look under dash and this is a big job to get to.
