I have a1990 s2 and it stoped at the lights the other day and now i have on instrument readings the car still runs but no gajes.?

Which gauges are you missing? You say that you have instrument readings.

All the fuses check out could it be ignition switch, doesn't it power everything up.

still having trubble with my Porsche 944 s2 is there a fuses that controls all the dash gauges are dead oil temp rpm speed no lights or seat belt alarm. All external lights work radio works.????

No instruments are usually caused by bad grounds. Clean all ground connections, particularly the battery and the firewall grounds.
