How do I get the pulley off my power steering pump for a 1995 Ford Thunderbird with a 3.8l V6 with A/C and its not a SC

Im trying to replace the water pump and the bracket for the power steering is connected.

The pulley is pressed on and must be pressed off.. They sell the tool at advance & autozone.
